Information about the monitoring camera system
Information about the monitoring camera system in the premises of The Institute of Hospitality Management and of The First Private Hotel School
The purpose of the monitoring camera system introduction in the premises of The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague 8, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as IHM) and in the premises of The First Private Hotel School, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FPHS) is:
a) Protection of persons and property
b) Protection against theft
c) Prevention against vandalism
The system was opened on January 1st 2018 and its six cameras are placed as follows:
- Camera No 1 at the entrance to the building - ground floor
- Camera No 2 at the reception - ground floor
- Camera No 3 at the ramp entrance to the gastronomic operations section
- Camera No 4 in the day bar - first floor
- Cameras No 5-6 in the corridor of the FPHS - ground floor
The cameras are equipped with a seven-day record that is automatically deleted after this period of time and played back. No record is backed up either saved. The camera system introduction is permitted by the Office for Personal Data Protection (OPDP) and complies with the statutory provisions according to Act No 101/2000 Coll. On the Protection of Personal Data and amendments.
Cameras No 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 can be watched in office No 001 (Mr. Petr Štefan) and in office No 209 (Bc. Milan Klouček), camera No 4 is available to be watched in office No 118 (Mr. David Strejček).
