Graduation and Matriculation Ceremony

The graduation ceremony of the Bachelor´s degree program
HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT in English

and

matriculation of 1st year full-time bachelor students
(teaching is canceled for these students all day)

is held

on Wednesday, November, 3rd, 2021
in the Congress Hall of the Hotel Ambassador
(address: Prague 1, Wenceslas Square No. 5-7)

Graduates from 2021 will be automatically enrolled, others only on request by prior arrangement with the Study department.

Additional information:

All participants must have their mouths and noses covered with a respirator all the time
Proof of fulfillment of the conditions for entering the interior of the Congress Hall of the Ambassador Hotel students upload to the school system HERE in advance, guests will be checked at the entrance:
- i) since the first dose of vaccine in the case of a two-dose schedule according to the SPC at least 14 days, but not more than 9 months if the second dose has not been applied,
- ii) since the dose of vaccine in the case of a single dose schedule according to the SPC at least 14 days but not more than 9 months, or

a) the person underwent RT-PCR test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus no later than 72 hours ago with a negative result, or
b) the person underwent POC test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen no later than 24 hours ago with a negative result, or
c) the person has been vaccinated against covid-19 and proves with a national certificate of vaccination, which is a written confirmation issued at least in English by an authorized entity operating in the Czech Republic, another Member State of the European Union or in a state accepted by the Ministry of Health as a country or part thereof with a low risk of covid-19, the model of which is published in the list of recognized national certificates on the website of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, which contains information on the person, the type of vaccine administered, the date of administration of the vaccine, the identification of the subject who issued the certificate that since the application of the vaccination has elapsed:
d) the person has undergone laboratory-confirmed covid-19 disease, the isolation period has expired according to the valid emergency measure of the Ministry of Health and no more than 180 days have elapsed since the first positive POC antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 virus or RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2.

Self-tests will not be available on site and are not accepted
The chairs will be arranged with the necessary spacing
In case of late arrival to the checking of presence, the student cannot be graduated
Without formal dress, access to graduation and matriculation ceremony will not be allowed
